Arsenic poisoning

I had a very interesting case of a baby with arsenic poisoning, via the mother who loves wine and even drank during the pregnancy. Most of the siblings suffer from atopy or some allergic condition as well. The child had a weepy rash on the abdomen and would scratch at it violently throughout the night. What was left was a deep wound at the dermis level.

I started her on homeopathy ars album diluted to 1 drop in 1 litre of water and gave 5ml of this dilution twice a day. After 6 days the wound healed beautifully. The child was very clingy by nature and history of colics in the past. Hence added the bowel nosode Dys Co as well to help with it.
