High LDL and D – dimer

One 50 yrs plus lady come for rountine check up and found that her LDL was high at 3.3 and her D-dimer level high at 660. I started her on homeopathy sulphur and low dose evolocumab for 1 month and repeat test after 1 month showed her LDL dropped to 2.6 and her D-dimer come down to 260.
