Case of snoring

A patient aged about 45 had severe snoring, would wake up at night breathless. He was non diabetic or hypertensive, neck size was not beyond 42. Teeth were fine and there was no loss of vertical height and no tongue trapment was present.

He had a deviated nasal septum and was congested at night, the only modality he gave was that if he had a heavy meal at night the snoring got worse and if he did’nt eat on time he would get a bad headache.
The only remedy for this is sangunaria can. For the deviated nasal septum gave cassia.

After 3 days the snoring is at just 10 percent of what it used to be.
The remaining will be treated with antifungal combo and curzinc since its likely fungal infection as he is worse during the rains.
