Skin peeling

Patient had this peeling skin on her foot with sneezing bouts. Allegra or any anti histaminics would make skin worse.

Epstein barr nosode and senega were given. There was drastic change seen within a week.

Rationale : Whenever any patient has sneezing or allergy symotoms and antihistamine makes sneezing better but causes another condition to worsen the cause is a chronic viral infection. Assuming this was chronic epstein barr infection, epstein barr nosode was started.

Chronic epstein barr infections infect mast cell, these mast cell release histamines to kill off the virus infecting them. Thus antihistaminics cause worsening.
