Anxiety and depression

I had one patient – young 19 year old girl with anxiety and depression.

She is very intelligent and was to go abroad for further education (full scholarship, straight A student) but despite 1 year of counseling she still had anxiety and depression and was found cutting herself on her arm.
I started her on homeoapthy lycopodium, ignatia staphysagria and aconite.

After 3 weeks of treatment friend of my patient commented that she is so different from the last time. She is now more talkative, more alive. Body language etc totally different. Was very chatty and talking about her school and plans and what’s been happening etc.
I asked her father and he said yes she’s improving and is feeling much better.
