A 50 plus year old man suffered with gluten allergy for many years. He used to burp very frequently and complained of stomah discomfort. We started him on tritichum 200c 4-4-4. In just few days no more burp or stomach discomfort. He can eat any food now without any problem.
A case of severe constipation in a 2 year old child. She would cry a lot while passing stool. She was given nux vomica by another homeopathic doctor which helped her a little bit but later had no effect.
When I saw her I asked whether she was fed formula milk to which the mother said yes. We gave her lac defloratum 1m 2 drops once a day. The next day itself the child passed stools 3-4 times without crying and after a long time slept for 3 hours at a stretch. She now passes stool daily without crying.
The only complain is now that her stool is still very dry and there is lot of thirst (which was always there) to which the mother says that she needs to hide her water bottle sometimes. She is a very amicable child. So will be adding Nat mur.
A female patient had urticaria since many years and said that whenever she ate curd she would get severe rash and itching. She was chilly, fatigued, had hypothyroid. When asked if she had wet stocking feeling in her leg to which she said yes.
Gave her Cal carb 1 m and her urticaria resolved in 4 days.
She also had PCOD which was treated with the PCOD protocol and her latest sonography report showed no cysts for which she was very surprised and couldn’t believe how it could get resolved so soon.
Patient had skin urticaria since a month, allegra was taken every day for it.
CBC showed a high WBC and a high basophil count. No IGE elevation, no eosinophil elevation. Case history was that patient said it started after taking birthcontrol pills given to regularize her periods, she also said she was gaining weight. All these issues of various types started after covid. The rash was peculiar in that it started after having bath, based on this I asked if she got hot flashes and she said yes, she gets terrible hot flashes. She had acanthosis on the neck and some skin tags showing high insulin resistance. She was also constipated.
I put her on nat sul (for high WBC), lachesis (hot water aggravation, hot flashes at night), akkermensia+leptin resistance, curzinc (for constipation) and Imusil.
After a single dose today morning she had complete clearance of rash and no hot flashes at all, her constipation also cleared.
Patient was on fibroid combo for 3months. Her fibroid shrunk from 18 / 52 to 16/ 52 POA. We are still continuing the meds till resolution. No more pain, normal menses, no more polyuria.
A lady 30+ yo P1 .LCB 12 yrs ago c/o suprapubic pain since 2019. She been to hospitals and other GPs before and was told NAD. Her pain is very severe on touching and it was present 24/7. Her menses was heavy with clots she was crying when I was talking to her because of pain. I could feel a lump just above the suprabic area about 12 weeks size of POA. After stat dose of pulsatilla, nux vomica and fibroid combo I was easily able to examine her (with no more pain) and found to have uterine fibroid. We confirmed wih ultrasound. She will continue fibroid combo and will come for review on D1 menses. kiv treat her menorrhagia
Pulsatilla was given for crying and vascular lesions. Nux vomica worked for spasms and fibroid combo for fibroid combo.
Her painscore was 7/ 10 even without menses and just after 1st dose of treatment her pain went away. She was suffering from hypoxia pain where the fibroid grows and then runs out of blood and degenerates, in some pyometra like cases also they have bad pain when fibroid degenerates.
Patient came 2 weeks ago with breathlessness which started after malaria; was put on an inhaler.
Lung xray was clear, CBC showed high WBC counts and high eosinophils, high IGE of 8000 plus.
Gave nat sul, hayfever combo. Patient felt better on drinking warm water and had reactions to citrus fruits, had increased thirst with dry chapped lips — was hence given ars alb+nat mur. Also gave curzinc since IGE was so high. Next week when the patient came she was overall better but still required to take the inhaler at night only (first it used to be 4 times a day and yet she could not breathe well).
She now told a symptom of a choked nose which worsened at night. I suspected LPR since the choked nose was only when she lied down, there was no discharge. Gave her chelidonium (history of malarial liver damage, chelidonium is a part of drug iberogard for acid reflux). After 2 days of it she is off the inhaler and asymptomatic. We need to recheck IGE now and treat till its normal. Chelidonium is useful in maxillary sinusitis caused by acid reflux and can be used with lyco and causticum.
Diabetic patient with COVID came with sore throat, pain on swallowing and dry cough from a chocked throat. Had taken 2 days of antibiotics with little response, left hand pain was there..
Tests showed high hsCRP at 18, WBC counts, LDH, LFT and D dimer were normal.
Gave her antiviral combo, phytolacca and hepar sul 1m and imusil. She had no thirst changes and hence bryonia was ruled out. The next day the throat pain was much better and she could eat and drink with ease, however the nose and eyes started to water, the watering made her throat feel better. Gave her lachesis, post the first dose itself the nose watering and eye discharges stopped. The left hand pain also subsequently went.
Sharing the case of a 7 year old down syndrome boy who could only communicate in mono syllables and that too just very few syllables. He also had rashes on and off which he described as pricking, would poke his mum to tell how he felt. He is a lovely child, very loving but just cannot communicate with his parents and family.
I started him on Croc 5 drop BD and apis 200c 2 drops BD. Two weeks later he could say 1 word at a time on and off.
I increased the Croc to 10 BD and the apis to 3 drops BD. The rashes resolved and he started saying 2 to 3 words at a time.
I got a bit bolder and increased his Croc to 20 drops BD and its been 3 weeks now. He is able to speak in short sentences with confidence. The mum is ecstatic and grateful. Thank you Dr tariq…you now gave him quality of life.
A simple sharing of myself. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I came down with the virus. Then my wife too. We had no choice but to order grab food mainly fried rice and noodles.
Ten days later my blood pressure shot up to 160/100 mm Hg. With insulin resistance this happens to me when I don’t control my carbs intake. Lycopodium and IL10 didn’t help. Started micardis didn’t help. Added atenolol 50mg BD which I don’t like as it tires me out.
Then I reviewed previous lectures and realized my Lycopodium was 10m as I love the calming effects on my mind. I then got the 30c lycopodium as well as baryta carb and baryta mur both 6x and raulfia 1x and after 2 doses next day felt very giddy…checked BP had dropped to 100/60 mm Hg. Immediately stopped the 2 allopathic drugs. Until now BP 120/70 to 110/60 on only 1 daily dose of the homeopathic drops
A simple reminder to myself that potency is very important. The lycopodium 10m is excellent for stress but as Dr.Tariq says, effect on the body needs different potency
