Covid case of a patient suffering since over a month.
She had severe cough with stuck up mucus, evening rise of fever every day.
Last week developed angioedema of face which was non responsive to antiallergics.
Gave apis which sovled the angioedema in a day.
The next day started on hepar+phytolacca with ferrum phos and tuberculinum for evening rise in fever.
No response to meds after 2 days. That was weird so I again spoke to the patient and asked her what she does to help the cough. Patient said she drinks warm water continuously. Hence I gave ars alb, and after 2 doses she is 90 percent better and healing well.
I forgot the cardinal rule to ask modalities before dosing. Modalities of the symptoms are very important to note.
