A diabetic female patient came about 3 months ago with fasting glucose of 250 and PP glucose of 400.
She was on sulphonylureas, poiglit, metformin, empaglioflozin, lyrica and yet her blood glucose was nowhere in control. We started her on imusil 2_0_2.

Since last 15 days she is off the allopathic anti diabetic medicines because she had a viral infection and she had no one to restock them. She was only on imusil. 
Her fasting glucose yesterday was 125 and PP glucose was 158. Her diabetologist has now changed her medications to just 500 mg metformin once a day.

Fainting bouts

Fainting bouts

A 60 year old lady with no history of BP or diabetes came with complaint of anger bouts in which she would start sweating and then all of a sudden collapse and become unconscious. After a minute she would wake up; not knowing she was angry and did not remember she had fainted. She would resume conversation like normal. She was very sensitive to any criticism.

The anger bouts pointed to homeopathy staphysagria but the fainting bouts did not; they pointed to vasovagal syncope – her nervous system was getting overloaded and was dropping her BP.
Laurocerasus is the indicated remedy for vasovagal attacks. I had treated a patient many years ago who used to faint while passing stools with laurocerasus.

I gave both laurocerasus and staphysagria to the patient.
In 3 days all fainting bouts stopped, anger bouts completely went and patient felt like her old self again. Now on being criticized she brushes it off saying – people will always talk, what to do.

Future plan is to put her on 3 months of beta endorphin to supplement her. Will do a tilt table test to confirm healing of vaso vagal syncopes.

Autistic child

I saw this autistic (around 2 year old) boy few weeks ago. He was crying continously while waiting for his mom. He was very restless and clapped his hand continously.
I gave him diluted chammomile 5 ml TDS for 10 days.
Surprisingly when he came next to see me he was very calm. There was good eye contact. Mother informed he is now able to eat by himself, able to climb stairs and the best part is that he was able to call his mother – mama. Her mom was very happy with his achievement and want to continue the meds.

Immunosuppresion in Dengue

Immunosuppression in Dengue – Dengue with low WBC and platelet count

A patient came with symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain with fever. CBC showed low WBC and platelet count. Patient tested positive for dengue infection. Started patient on homeopathy Nat mur, Oral cytokine platelet combo and Antiviral combo. After a day she improved symptomatically but repeat CBC showed a further drop in WBC and platelet count. We continued the meds. On second day she improved more symptomatically but the CBC showed worsening with the WBC at just 1300. Further history was taken and then the patient informed that she was also taking oral ciprofloxacin prescribed by another doctor. Ciprofloxacin is known to cause bone marrow suppression. It was stopped and the next day WBC went to 3800 and platelets became normal. Patient started showing further improvement.

A simple course of ciprofloxacin caused such profound immunosuppression in a dengue case!

Big toe fungal infection

The big toe fungal infection did not show much improvement with topical application of loceryl.

Dr Tariq advised to use the oral cytokine antifungal combo and oral cytokine IL7.

In less than 3 days the pain went away. The fungal infection also resolved and the big toe nail improved. The ingorwn nail healed up finally and was no longer brittle and chipped.

Supra ventricular tachycardia

One post vaccination case to share

2 weeks after her Pfizer shot, a 45 year old lady with past history of supra ventricular tachycardia (SVT) which had reverted spontaneously 2 years ago, came in with breathlessness and palpitations. She said it was worsening over 3 to 4 days and was not able to even walk a short distance.

Heart rate was 156/min and BP was 130/80 mmHg. ECG showed sinus tachycardia.

I gave her 4 drops of homeopathy ars album 200c. Ten minutes later pulse was 140/min.

I added nebivolol 2.5 mg and half hour later pulse was 136/min. She was still slightly breathless although her Spo2 was 98% on air.

So I decided to try the oral cytokine anti viral combo – 20 drops. After 30 minutes her heart rate decreased to 88/min and she was calm.

Next day I had asked her to come in for a blood screen. She was cheerful and not short of breath anymore. Heart rate at 66/min and BP 120/70 mmHg. I stopped the nebivolol and continued the oral cytokine anti viral combo.

Solar urticaria

The patient complained of red itchy painful rash within minutes of sun exposure. Years of corticosteroids and topical sunscreen application had no effect.

The patient was given homeopathy Sol 1 M was given. After 3 days the rash cleared up. The patient informed there is no more rash on exposure to sunlight.

EBV flare up

Epstein barr virus flare up

A family of 3, husband wife and 15 yr old son developed cough and fever. The cough was terrible. It started after 10 days of second dose of the vaccination in the father. He then infected his wife and son. The father got the worse cough.
Covid tested negative, no other infection found. Treatment with azithromycin and augmentin did nothing.
The coughing was so bad with so much nausea that nothing could be eaten and sleep was not possible. They stayed awake the whole night.
Gave them oral cytokine CRELD-1, Epstein barr nosode, Klotho. Within 3 hours the cough subsided enough to let them eat and sleep; by next day morning most of the cough had subsided.
Epstein barr virus flare up post covid or vaccination causes terrible cough, the cough can be dry or filled with stuck up phlegm and feels that its coming from deep inside.
