One 50 yrs plus lady come for rountine check up and found that her LDL was high at 3.3 and her D-dimer level high at 660. I started her on homeopathy sulphur and low dose evolocumab for 1 month and repeat test after 1 month showed her LDL dropped to 2.6 and her D-dimer come down to 260.
Yesterday I had a frantic call from a patient. She had stopped tamoxifen as advised by her oncologist after 7 yrs of cancer remission. She developed continuous crying and suicidal thoughts. She was about to commit suicide.
She was edematous, with excessive hunger, would cry in her room and not allow anyone inside, has chapped lips, excessive thirst, constipated which was better only after drinking water, skin was dry and no sweat was there, she had develop severe eczema which was worse after a hot water bath.
This pointed to nat mur – quietly crying and chapped lips — high cortisol, water retention.
Bryonia – excessive hunger, dry and no urination.
Lachesis – eczema worse on hot water.
All 3 homeopathics were given and after 10 min the suicidal thoughts stopped, crying stopped and she finally slept. She is emotionally stable today, has passed a lot of urine and stool.
Tamoxifen withdrawal does cause sudden changes in estradiol which have effects on cortisol, vasopressin and inflammatory pla2.
Her further treatment will be with low dose LSD (cancer recurrence thoughts), leptin resistance (gained weight), oxytocin (no orgasms), akkermansia (sugar cravings).
A female patient developed persistant fluid retention after vaccination.
It went down with apis..but just before periods her weight would increase by as much as 3kg in a day.
I thought it was hormonal since estrogen had gone up, gave conium…it helped reduce fluid.
After she got covid the edema came back with full force, her BP dropped to 99/59 mm Hg. Full body edematous.
It looked like a CARPA case so I checked complements. c3 was highish, c5 was high.
This was indicative of a high alternative complement pathway.

Fluid retention slowly went down in an hr.repeated every 2 hourly. Patient is stable after 6 hrs. No more fluid and BP normal.

Presenting my brother in law case
64 yrs old gentleman past history of Colon Cancer Stage 3 about 20 yrs ago in remission post op with herbal medicine.
History of fever for 4 days with joints pain and loss of appetite not responding to antipyretics, took RTK Ag for COVID 19, negatives for 2 consecutive days. Was on “Flu prevention” tablets and Arnica prescribed by one of the homeopath.
I asked my sister to bring back my brother in law for Dengue Serology. They only went back on Day 6 when the fever keep spiking and he became more lethargic.
Went to the clinic for dengue serology on day 6 of fever.
Positive Ig G and Ig M for dengue. FBC lymphopenia with platelets reducing from 140k to 72k. Low MCH, MCV.
FBP shows mild anisopoikilocytosis.
LFT shows features consistent with viral hepatitis (2 x increased in liver enzymes). CRP raised.
Admitted to hospital last 2 nights with loss of appetite, breaking bones and joints , rashes over abdomen, very toxic looking and have to be wheeled into the ward. All the homeopathies and vitamin supplements were confiscated and put under lock and key by the hospital.
Temperature lingers at 37.8-39C despite regular Acetaminophen.
Platelet going down from 72K to 28K within 12 hours. Drop to 25K last night.
Severe back pain.
Was on NaCl and Gelafundin infusion, regular paracetamol in the ward.

2) Antiviral
3) Rhus Tox 4_0_4 for joint pain and itchy rashes

5) Tablet Glothione 1_1_1 for back pain
Day 8 today
no more fever after 2 dose Eup Perf, platelet climbing up frm 25K to 38K today with 2 doses of platelet elevator, feeling more energetic, back pain reduced tremendously with 3 doses of Glothione and rashes subsided rapidly will increased general well being after 3 doses of Rhus Tox.
Awaiting to be discharged from the hospital tomorrow if platelets coming up further tonight.

A case discussion of a good friend of mine.
He has sciatica for few months now. Two months ago he contracted Chikungunya and was bed ridden during to severe arthritis. He underwent Ayurveda treatment which resolved his arthritis. But his sciatica is increasingly troubling him after that. I shall post his comments below for you to understand better.
“When walking the feet feel numb too
When I want to wear my slippers I find it difficult to coordinate because of the feet numbness.
When I am at a seating position at times the entire 2 legs freeze and the feet cramps become painfull.
When lying on bed I feel that both my legs are heavy and tightness in the thighs both front and back.
When I try to straighten my legs my bottom of feet feel numb and also a cramp feeling

I wanted to share my full LSD testimonial

A 26 yr old patient reported with half sided tongue numbness following a dental extraction.
I gave him Hypericum perforatum 200C; twice daily. In only 7 days he reported 60%recovery and after 14 days 80% improvement in tongue sensation is found. Once all the sensations are back the remedy will be stopped.
Teenager complained of a very irritating cough and was treated by few Drs with inhaled corticosteroids which didn’t help. He did have history of dust allergy.
So I first gave her pothos and within a week about 50 percent of symptoms settled. However she still had the cough and when she started it wud be very hard to stop till she was tearing. I decided to give her 2 doses of levamisole 3 days apart.
